You choose from their base weekly spreads and from there can customise pretty much everything – line spacing, square or circle checkboxes, colors, font style, birthdays and recurring tasks pre-printed on the pages, choose a cover design, add text to the cover, choose from many add on pages, customise the add on pages etc.
