   It is recommended you complete an induction before using the Fitness Suite, however this can be waived if you have used gyms before. Group inductions show you how to set up and use the machines safely, while a 1-2-1 programme design will give you more structure to your sessions if needed. Please contact usto book your induction or for more information.
