StockX only sells brand new shoes - the colloquial term is "deadstock (DS)." Their policy is that the shoe must be unworn, aka, deadstock. Other sites offer both DS and used shoes, like GOAT. If you go on their marketplace, you will see both NEW and USED offerings.
StockX defines "Deadstock" as an authentic, new, unworn pair of sneakers. They are complete with original box including the box lid and the box label indicating the shoe size, as would be acceptable for sale at a retail location.
