He claims we needed to renew out insurance with them for our Sky equipment. It was a real hard sell and the first time I just put the phone down on him. I was surprised when about a week later he called back.
1 day ago · There is indeed a registered company of that name, and they may in fact provide cover for legacy Sky products: that's a legitimate area of business which Sky itself doesn't have jurisdiction over. What they shouldn't be doing is in any way pretending to be associated with Sky Group, or tricking people into making payments for a service which hasn't been specifically chosen.

Poor customer service. Scam artists. Cancelled my sky broadband and tv package 2023. They cancelled the broadband only and continued to charge for the TV. Direct debits taken gone unnoticed for 12months. Still paying the tv and they refuse to refund as their call records are only kept for 12months and they can't confirm the voice call.
