The character select screen is a menu screen where players can select what character they want to play as during Freeplay mode. It was added in version 0.5.0.
Boyfriend is the main protagonist of Friday Night Funkin'. He appears as one of the playable characters of the mod. Appearance. In the Vs. Tweaking Boss week and during Chef Blasting, Boyfriend's movements are significantly more jittery than normal.
