It's entirely plausible that as of the S1 finale, she also believes that she's doomed to destroy everyone that cares about her, and rejecting her relationship with Vi is a way to protect Vi from Jinx.
Vi's intimate relationship with an Enforcer confused Jinx and made her jealous, since she not only felt replaced but also thought Vi was not sincere in wanting her back. Rather, Jinx was worried Vi was trying to undermine her criminal activities in order to please her Enforcer girlfriend.
