There are not many unconventional win conditions viable right now, the main is mill (either rogues or mono-blue), or you could try something with [ [Simic Ascendacy]] or [ [Maze's end]]. Untapped.gg has Rakdos Goblins with a very good 62.8% win rate in bo1, but it’s not listed among top decks in bo3.

May 3, 2007 · Goblins is still a strong choice for Legacy tournaments, but it is getting weaker. Combo is becoming much more popular, and this is a big problem for Goblins decks, as they never really have a favorable matchup against Combo decks.
