It's a common misconception that because Aeldari are more agile than humans, they therefore must be weaker physically. The truth is that Eldar are faster, stronger, and have better reflexes than humans.
Basically, an unmodified Eldar is significantly physically superior to an unmodified human in every possible way. It's only when you start looking at modified superhumans like Assassins and Astartes that humans start getting brute force advantages.
Going by the RPG stats, Aeldari are pretty equivalent to humans in damn near everything except reaction times and psychic ability...... and, even then, they aren't that great. Humans can be just as powerful psyker-wise, and through various technologies and psykic enhancements, just as fast.
