Jan 31, 2024 · I haven't personally tried any SK, RWS or Eley high velocity, but I would think they might be better quality on average than CCI or Aguila. I base this last statement on the fact that SK and RWS standard velocity fodder has always outperformed CCI for me.

Jan 23, 2011 · No doubt about it, CCI makes good ammo. One thing I have noticed- a lot of barrel heat buildup in 5 shot groups in the Favorites' slender octagonal barrels. But my accuracy is good with CCI and the target is hit and the game falls, so my ammo bag is always full.
