This is a list of U.S. states (and the one federal district, Washington, D.C.) and territories showing their time zones. Most of the United States uses Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the summer. In the list, it will say if the state does not use DST.
There are 13 states with dual time zones: Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida as also illustrated in the below map. Almost all states observe daylight savings, with the exception of Arizona and Hawaii.
