John Carroll Lynch delivers a fantastic performance, but Anything marks an unsuccessful attempt from writer and director Timothy McNeil to translate his play to the big screen, seeing as it's surrounded by tired cliches and sigh-inducing contrivances, and a terribly miscast Matt Bomer doesn't help. 8 likes.
