I am someone who is trying to improve my sex hormones and I feel like, based off the research, boron can be a useful supplement for me. I have really high SHBG (72), High Total T (986), Lowish Free T (13.6) and low Estradiol (15)
I follow consumerlab pretty closely, and I would guess that the Walmart brands fail testing probably 1/3 of the time. I do use Spring Valley ginger root supplements, but only because that specific product passed testing.
EDIT: Boron has been shown to increase testosterone to the normal levels if you already struggling with low T. And people have to take around 6 to close to 12mg daily for any effect. (Lets say you supplement 6mg + eating healthy food so 12 can be easily taken by you) Good luck.
