The ingredients of Eno's is, Each 5g contains: Sodium Bicarbonate 2.32g, Sodium Carbonate 0.5 g, Citric Acid Anhydrous 2.18g. You could probably make your own from Soda Bic and lemon.

After 30 - 45 min of light exercising - walking in mall, walking down street, cleaning pool, house cleaning - my stomach begins to bloat out, a hard bloating, it gets fuller and fuller until it starts to give me anxiety, makes me feel like I need to sit down (or lay down) immediately….

Oct 19, 2012 · I too have problems with constipation and always have had on low-carb. All the above help; if all else fails I resort to Andrews' Liver Salts, but that's not often. Another thing that helps is allowing enough time for a bowel movement. Don't rush things. Take the paper in with you - and be prepared to be shouted at by the rest of the family! :lol:
