VIP Opening Night: July 29. Public Days: July 30-August 1. Artsy Extended Run: August 2-8. The LA Art Show, the most comprehensive international contemporary art show in America, is thrilled to officially kick-off the city’s 2021 art season at the Los Angeles Convention Center on July 29, 2021.
This show ran concurrently with Robert Douglas Hunter and His Students; Hunter was then considered the “dean” of the Boston School of painting, which made the shared venue especially memorable for Orr. In 2021, Orr received the Charles Movalli Award of Excellence in Painting from the Guild of Boston Artists.

Aug 30, 2024 · Orr received recognition with his work wining First Place Overall with Plein Air Magazine’s, Plein Air Salon monthly competition. An award winner with regional Plein Air events, Andrew received Best in Show with Plein Air Vermont, 2012 awarded by M. Stephen Doherty, editor, Plein Air Magazine.
