BIOGRAPHY - Andrew Orr (Born 1969) Born in the high desert city of Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1969, Andrew Orr and his older sister grew up in an artistic family. Three generations of women in his mother’s family enjoyed the work of over-glaze painting on porcelain.
