This Frappato from 40-year-old vines in Vittoria is vinified using wild yeasts, followed by a 20- to 30-day maceration then matu.
Alea Rosa by Andrea Occhipinti is a splendid rosé wine made from red grapes. DAfines for 6 months in steel / cement tanks and at least 2 months in bottle. It comes in a cherry pink colored glass. The nose evolves into fruity notes of cherry and strawberry, and floral hints of dog rose.
