Slide the base snugly against alignment guide so that activation switch is fully depressed. Inserting the base in the alignment guide at an angle can create a situation where the activator thinks it should begin a heating cycle. However, base may not be properly seated on the activator surface.

Oct 30, 2018 · I used the wick cleaner following the manual instruction but the flame is blue only for few minutes. The carbon on the upper side of the wick cause the red halo and smell. In my opinion is caused by dry wick in upper side. I tried to change the paraffine with another one but the result is the same. I think I will leave this heater unused.
