The existing door switch and transformer will be re-used. Some models (BGU Series) will require that new holes be drilled in the existing control box and that the transformer be relocated. Some models will need new mounting holes to be drilled in the existing panel. Use the drill template on the last page of these instructions as a guide.

Position base snugly against alignment fixture so that the switch is fully depressed. Base does not start to heat (“ht9” not displayed) Broken switch. Call a Service Technician to check the activation switch with an ohm meter for continuity on switch closure. Replace or adjust switch as necessary.

Aladdin Kerosene Heater Instructions. Aladdin portable kerosene heaters radiate heat to an area of approximately 15 by 20 feet. The heaters are designed to operate strictly on kerosene and produce heat for approximately 10 to 14 hours, depending on which model you have.
