Community Cats, also known as feral or homeless domesticated cats, are one of the animal populations served by the Animal Protection Network of Columbus Ohio. Our efforts toward Community Cats include Trapping, Neutering, Vaccinating and Returning (TNVR), fostering, placing and helping with their medical treatment.
