Jan 25, 2020 · A friend bought a household item from Easylife, and later got a call from them about a magazine subscription which is free at first and can easily be cancelled afterwards. No magazine has turned up and nothing charged yet, but does anyone know what Easylife magazine actually is?
The company took £1.99 and then £70 from my mum's account as payment for a subscription to a 'rewards club' she never asked for. When I contacted Easylife to find out why, I was told that she agreed to a 'rewards club' subscription during a previous phone conversation.
