    Hosts Russia will take on Saudi Arabia in the first match of the 2018 World Cup on 14 June, with 64 matches taking place between then and the final on 15 July.

    Friday 15 June 2018:

    1. Egypt v Uruguay, 1pm BST (5pm), Group A, on BBC (Ekaterinburg). 2. Morocco v Iran, 4pm BST (6pm), Group B, on ITV (St Petersburg). 3. Portugal v Spain, 7pm BST (9pm), Group B, on BBC (Sochi).

    Saturday 16 June 2018:

    1. France v Australia, 11am BST (1pm), Group C, on BBC (Kazan). 2. Argentina v Iceland, 2pm BST (4pm), Group D, on ITV (Moscow, Spartak). 3. Peru v Denmark, 5pm BST (7pm), Group C, on BBC (Saransk). 4. Croatia v Nigeria, 4pm BST (6pm), Group D, on ITV (Kaliningrad).

    The matches will be broadcast on television and live streamed online on BBC and ITVthroughout the competition (specific fixtures detailed above). BBC’s 5Live radio will also be broadcasting every match.
