Feb 18, 2019 · And the twist at the end, while satisfying, was very predictable. The problem with “foreshadowing” in modern film is that subtlety is a dead art. The end reveal was obvious within the first half-hour of the film, if you know what to look for. All in all, it’s a fun watch, but don’t expect to be blown away.
Ending was seen from a mile away and Mark was unsympathetic & unlikable making her obedience to him absurd. Spoilers: I kept feeling like his "friends" were idiots, everything was spelled out including the number and he keeps saying he "can't do it without them."

He mentions the big film festivals were upcoming, and he wanted in on them. For that to happen, three lambs had to be led to the slaughter to obtain his ambitious goal.
