Off Target was the first episode of season three and the forty-first episode overall. It aired on February 7, 2011.
New boy, Marcus Barnes, discovers a wordball on his hand while playing baseball and tells Jessica. Jessica tells Marcus to keep his mind focused on his powers in order to throw his wordballs straight. Marcus, however, fails to do so, thinking of waffles instead.
a few days later hector and the other members talk about marcus being in the electric company members. francine~manny. and the new assistant gilda flip discover a wordball destroyer count dracula marcus trys to throw a wordball on a target but missed then he tryed again then he finds out that when he tryed to throw the wordball manny's robot prevented it from getting on gard.marcus makes a lot of wordballs and throw them it destroys count dracula. the 3 pranksters walk off mad marcus is currently the member now, this is also a link to marcus barnes just because marcus barnes is in off target marcus

•This episode introduces Marcus Barnes, who is now a new member of The Electric Company. This episode also introduces Gilda Flip, who is Francine's assistant.
•This is the last appearance of Lisa Heffenbacher in the series. However, Jenni Barber the actor who portrayed her will appear in some segments.
The Electric Company go to the park to help Marcus as they tell him to practice until he gets it three times. Francine has Manny invent a vacuum that can suck wordballs as they suck Marcus's attempt to throw his third wordball to the target.
