The crew of the USS Titan-A is making their way back home after their ordeal in the Ryton system; Lieutenant T'Veen is examining the material left over from the spaceborne creatures' birth, Lieutenant Mura checks in with Ensign Kova Esmar about an update on repairs, and Ensign La Forge struggles to keep awake as she checks the status of the thrusters from the helm. Suddenly, Jack Crusher, wearing a red Starfleet uniform, comes up to the bridge and begins shooting them all down with a phaser....
