"Hero Boy" is the fifth episode of Freakazoid!’s second season, and the 18th episode of the series overall. In 1997, the episode won the series a Daytime Emmy award for Outstanding Special Class Animated Program.
Freakazoid, determined to not let Guitierrez win, repeatedly chants Hero Boy’s Catchphrase, “I must succeed!” This results in making multiple Hero Boy clones instead, which overloads and destroys the cloning machine.
