Jul 17, 2024 · I tried reducing my screen size in Windows 11 but it did not work. It only made the utilities window shrink. Thanks for any help. The Norton Utilities Ultimate main screen cannot be scaled. All you can do is scroll down the information from within that screen. This is a common issue with Norton app screens.

Sep 12, 2024 · I got the same answer from Norton Tech Support. You have to fill up the Cloud Backup location before you will be able to backup locally. Further, If you delete the Cloud backup once local is available, you will be forced to backup to the cloud again. I agree with others, this is a terrible idea.
