This sanctuary is at around 18km from Jamnagar on the way to Rajkot.All the ordinary buses that goes to Rajkot from Jamnagar had a stop on the main road from where we need to walk for 1.5 km to reach ticket counter.It is better to hire an auto from main road to visit this sanctaury as we need to watch the birds at 2 points.Point 1 is at 2km distance from ticket counter and point 2 is at 6km.Both the points are worth visiting as we can spot lot of birds like flamingos,cranes,pintails,Shovlers,Plovers,spoon bills,purple moorhens,ibis,cormornants etc.We spotted black necked stark at point 2 watch tower which is unique to this sanctuary.
