La provincia di Monza e della Brianza è una provincia italiana della Lombardia di 878 012 abitanti istituita l'11 giugno 2004, e divenuta operativa nel giugno 2009 con l'elezione del primo consiglio provinciale; ha come capoluogo la città di Monza.
Brianza extends from the Canzo area, North of Monza (approximately 14 km from Milan), to the Seveso River on the West and to the Adda River on the East. The southern and western parts are mostly flat, while the northern and eastern parts are mountainous.
It is the capital of the province of Monza and Brianza. Monza is best known for its Grand Prix motor racing circuit, the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, which hosts the Formula One Italian Grand Prix.
