The Estadio Olímpico Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez, named after the Panamanian football star Rommel Fernández (1966–1993), is a multi-purpose stadium in Panama City. It is used for different sports, but mainly football (soccer) games.

El Estadio Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez situado en Ciudad de Panamá, es un estadio usado para distintas disciplinas deportivas, y principalmente para la realización de juegos de fútbol. Fue inaugurado el 6 de febrero de 1970, diseñado para albergar los XI Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe 1970.
On May 6, 1993, at the age of 27, Rommel Fernández, the second-ever Panamanian soccer player to compete in Europe, with more than a hundred LaLiga appearances to his credit, died in a car accident. Later that year, the stadium was named after him. The facility is also known as El coloso de Juan Díaz.
