   • Drop Dead Fred isn't just the worst of 1991 but it is also the worst films to ever come out of the entire decade. I get it if you seen this as a little kid and have fond memories but holy cow...it's stupid bad. The pacing is just bizarre. This alternates nonstop between nonsense, stupidity, and bizarreness without hardly ever taking a breath.
