We had an excellent 12 night Norwegian fjords cruise and I will set the record straight regarding some of the poor reviews on here and some entitled old oafs on the ship. First up, boarding was a complete and utter doddle.

Mar 6, 2024 · The biggest positive seems to be the atmosphere onboard. A lot of P&O reviews seem to focus on the vibe of the ship, with smaller ships like Arcadia preferred because they feel more communal and more traditional. This also helps to make the crew feel appreciated more, since they are fewer in number and so become part of that community.
Positives: Arcadia is a quiet, comfortable ship...like an old armchair (though a little tatty in places). Overall, the dining experience was good (Belvedere excluded). Entertainment; this particular Headliners Company were exceptional. Some wonderful ports of call Alotau, San Francisco, Napier, Nha Trang, Singapore.

Sep 25, 2024 · The best suites on Arcadia are a matter of personal choice. If you like a wraparound balcony, then go for an aft suite on D Deck as these have the biggest balconies on the ship.
