We had a Nicholas Humphreys Tenant next door that were utter nightmares. We made several complaints which were never looked into however, they told the nightmare next door where the complaint came from. Then the proverbial hit the fan! They were finally evicted for none payment of rent, not the trouble they were causing the neighbours!

When the tenancy finished Nicholas Humphreys are trying to hold back £130 of their £300 deposits claiming the walls were marked, blue-tac marks were left, 2 beds were broken, the oven was dirty & the property not cleaned.
