I’ve been wanting to watch Gravity Falls for a long time but while I was stalling I found some spoilers. I know that Stan has a brother, and that defeating the triangle guy is basically the end goal, and there’s an important diary.
Yes, despite the ending of the series as a whole being rushed, the actual ending of the series is great and very fitting, and there's a picture during the end credits that opened the door for a movie had they chosen to go that route.
