This was a lot better than I was expecting and it reminded me a bit of the TV series Oz. Yes I watched it for Alan Alda, a lot of people probably did. I love Alan Alda.
It’s a prison drama, probably the most realistic up to that point. Alan Alda and Clu Gulager play a prisoner and a guard who want to fight the system. No quarter is given to either man.
