Added to that writer/director Larry Cohen ('Q', 'The Stuff', 'Maniac Cop', 'It's Alive!, 'God Told Me To',etc.) and you've got yourself movie dynamite!

Not as good but not bad. There are a lot of great blaxploitation movies but Black Caesar is upper echelon stuff. Try Bucktown, Across 110th Street, Coffy, Foxy Brown, Shiba Baby and Truck Turner.
