The Wyldness (formerly known as the Realm of the Wyldness) is one of The Sixteen Realms. It is inhabited by various creatures, most of which are anthropomorphic animals residing in Chima.
But if you look at some of the Chima tribes at least one individual from each tribe has a unique fur color: Lavertus, Eglor, Grumlo, Bezar, Wilhurt, Scorm, Tormak. It’s totally possible he was exiled from the Phoenix Temple before the events of season 3 explaining why he wasn’t there.
Chima is a floating island within the Wyldness with a distinct characteristic: CHI from Mount Cavora. Besides this unique trait, the land of Chima has a rich variety of biomes, such as forests, jungles, mountains, and swamps.
It is composed among other things, a volcanic region called the Lava Wastes inhabited by Lava-Tides and a dense and dark forest region called the Forest of Spirits. There is also a floating Island called Chima covered in jungles, mountains, and swamps, which are inhabited by various species of anthropomorphic animals.
Feb 2, 2024 · This confirms that Chima is in the Wyldness realm or that it is another name for it, revealing that Lord Ras could be from Chima or at least from the same realm. This was theorised and speculated by NINJAGO enthusiasts, but it’s great to have confirmation as the theme lives on through NINJAGO .

Feb 2, 2024 · Ras said there are many realms in his world. He mentioned the Forever Rock but didn't mention Chima. I guess that's because Lego doesn't want to mention it.

The Wyldness is a very hot and dry place while Chima is a tropical forest and jungle. Even the final scene where we see the full realm there isn’t really a desert anywhere. That doesn’t mean there isn’t one but we havent seen one.
