I called easyJet customer services, requested refund on government tax for flights I didn't take, gave them my booking reference & passenger name and they obliged. I think I'm getting £3 back ha, better than paying out £30+ in cancellation though? EDIT: Got £13 back for the government fees!
Jul 9, 2020 · Has anyone else actually managed to make an EasyJet booking today ? I've been online since 7:00 this morning, to make changes to two flights (STN to Palma) I managed to make the changes to the flights, but the website was slow but I just cant make a payment. I've tried different cards and browsers all getting stuck at the same point.

Aug 3, 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full costs of your new flights.
Jan 11, 2023 · Since Covid the general pattern that easyJet followed of dates to release flights seems to have stopped. I'm signed up to the newsletter but don't receive that till hours after flights are released and a DM on Twitter and they tell me they don't publish the dates flights are due to be released in advance on their website?
Jun 26, 2020 · Easyjet is stating on its website that if you wish to change flights they will not charge any fees. You only pay the difference if the new flights are more expensive. My husband and I were due to fly to Marseilles in September but due to the awkward timing, we decided to cancel our accommodation (no problem there) but knew that our flight would probably not be cancelled in September.

Aug 14, 2023 · As of 19th June 2023 Easyjet (under the radar as far as my countless searches tell me) have changed their policy for those paying for extra leg room. Prior to this date, all extra leg room seats booked and paid for were also allowed speedy boarding and one extra small cabin bag.
Jul 3, 2022 · I've got a couple of Easyjet flights which were booked by a travel agent. I put the code into their app and the flights now show up in the app but not in my Easyjet account when viewed via their website. I'd have thought the two would be the same but it seems not. Maybe they're working on their systems to process all the cancellations?
