Bernard Bresslaw (25 February 1934 – 11 June 1993) [1] was a British actor and comedian. He was best known as a member of the Carry On film franchise. Bresslaw also worked on television and stage, performed recordings and wrote a series of poetry.
Carry On Abroad is the twenty-fourth in the series of Carry On films to be made, released in December 1972. The film features series regulars Sid James, Kenneth Williams, Joan Sims, Bernard Bresslaw, Barbara Windsor, Kenneth Connor, Peter Butterworth and Hattie Jacques.
