Rodolfo Guzmán ( Chile, 27 de diciembre de 1978) es un jefe de cocina, y propietario del restaurante “Boragó”, en Santiago, Chile. Es impulsor y promotor de la gastronomía Chilena. Se le atribuye la incorporación de la despensa endémica 1 del territorio chileno en la cocina.
Rodolfo Guzmán Huerta (23 September 1917 – 5 February 1984), best known by his ring name El Santo (English: "The Saint"), was a Mexican luchador enmascarado (or masked professional wrestler), actor and folk hero.
Rodolfo Guzmán toured restaurants across Europe and Chile, learning new techniques and experimenting with flavours, before settling in Santiago to found Boragó in 2006. Since then, the restaurant has become a haven for Guzmán’s learning and discovery of native Chilean produce.
The Boragó chef convinced hostile diners and critics that Chile was home to some of the world's greatest ingredients. Chilean chef, restaurateur and Phaidon author Rodolfo Guzmán never forgot the Summers he spent with his Grandmother an hour's drive from Santiago.
