  2. Sep 19, 2018 · Insanely delicious! So here is how to make Jollof Rice With Shrimp: Sauté some shrimp. Sauté some onions, add some tomato sauce and cook. Add dried spices, seasoning, rice and water to the pot. Cover and let it cook. Fluff rice and add back the shrimp to the pot with some veggies. Mix everything together and turn off the heat.
