The scenery is fantastic. Ah, Tuscany, the golden light, the stone buildings. Itr is almost as if the village they filmed in is another character in the movie. The lighting is wonderful, filled with shadows... but the key to the movie rests with the performances of Jackson, Keitel and Claire Forlani.
Synopsis. Jeremy (Joshua Jackson), an American-British book editor living in London, is an aspiring writer seeking a new lease on life. He is sent by his employer to Tuscany, Italy to elicit a new book from American-Italian author Weldon Parish (Harvey Keitel).
