My personal recommendation is Jacobs Vocal Academy. I like their channel a lot because they don't do obscure technical talking, instead they just provide you exercises to sing along to so that you can encourage healthy habits in your voice and get to know it and how to manipulate it the way you want.
If you're on Spotify, Jacob's Music Academy has tons of vocal exercises. I'm pretty sure that they have a YouTube channel as well.
