Also, at my dewy observing sites, absence of lens hoods would mean dew on the objectives within an hour or less. As soon as I acquire lens hoods for the 18x50's, they will no longer fit in the soft Canon case.

  2. May 29, 2014 · Polarizing binoculars (filter attached) and eyestrain. Anyone have experience with polarizing both objectives on their binocuclars with rotating filters? I am finding it a little bit straining since a collimation issue arises when the filters are out of alignment.
