"Gorgeous" is rarely used in reference to a man, but when it is, it is really extravagant praise, even more so than when used in reference to a woman. A gorgeous man is a breathtakingly handsome man. So your best bet here would be "handsome" or "very handsome."

A man who sleeps with many women is usually called "a player" which doesn't have the negative connotation of "a slut". If you want to insist on the negative nature of this behave, the term "a male whore"or more familiarly "a man slut" is used.

The nearest I can think of for men is "confirmed bachelor" but that lacks the pejorative flavor of "spinster". Question: Is there a word that means for men, what "spinster" means for woman.

According to the key to one of the exercises in English Grammar in Use, both are possible, but I really fail to see why. It makes no sense to me use the past perfect twice and therefore I would say #1.

Little and small can be used interchangeably to describe the size of a man given the right context but it's more clear to use "short" or "thin."
May 19, 2005 · If it is a woman you can say she is a "housewife" but what do you use for a man. This word is used in all the books of English as a foreing language for beginners, but only for females. I guess there must be some men doing the housework too. The politically correct expression for both a housewife and a househusband is now "homemaker".
