  4. Aug 12, 2007 · Shearer is a legend and his analysis on the game is okay as far as I'm concerned. The point of Shearer is that he's not Mark Lawrenson. And thats just about enough. He is monotone and boring and just because he was a good footballer doesn't mean he knows anything worthwhile.
