The Talisman Center has everything but an ice sheet. It is one of the best training facilities I've been in. 8 CAD for a day pass gets you into everything but the organized classes. Two 50m pools, dive tank, hot tubs, two weight pits, three sport courts, indoor track, cardio equipment, coffee shop, viewing gallery, etc.
