    Outrage does damage to the target for 2 to 3 consecutive turns. Until the turns are finished, the user will not be able to use another move. After the turns are up, the user becomes confused. In a Double Battle, Outrage targets a random foe. In a Triple Battle, Outrage can target any adjacent foe.
