On Demonoid, the Updated info is showing as "Request failed - Invalid response". On my torrent client's end (qBittorent), the Status shows as 'Not Working', N/A timed out. I know the Demonoid tracker is working as there were other direct torrents uploaded on the site today with downloads/seeds.
By design, it is impossible to download those torrents without the Demonoid tracker being available. Disabling the private flag from the magnet links would effectively change the torrent, and no peers would be available to download from.

If Demonoid's admins had site backups they easily could have had the site back up in under a day on another host. Instead, 4 months later it comes limping back online, that makes no sense. It's also known that the original server was handed over to the US government.

May 7, 2009 · I've tried restarting my router once already so I don't think that's the problem. Also, I can't download anything from Demonoid because in BitTorrent it doesn't connect to the demonoid tracker. It says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."
