Tobot: Daedo's Heroes (또봇: 대도시의 영웅들) is the brand new show of the Tobot franchise, released in 2023. It is a direct sequel to the original, featuring the same cast and studio. It succeeded Tobot Galaxy Detectives after it's cancellation.
The press release was first presented by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) at MIPCOM 2022 in Cannes, France October 17-20, 2022. Then at the K-Broadcasting Showcase in Indonesia December 4-5, 2022. Links to a teaser trailer were provided in digital materials, which were unlisted or obscure.
On January 5, 2023, the official Tobot Youngtoys channel released a public, all-new trailer. And on January 13, 2023, the official Tobot Youngtoys channel also released the opening of Tobot 2023, using a remix of the original opening theme as the music. Although the official air date of the series was February 24th, Young Toys would sent Youtuber Kkuk TV (꾹TV) the first episode as well as the DX toys for the new versions of X, Y, and Z to reveal a day earlier, though the reaction video does not showcase the entire episode. The Ending song is 내 친구 또봇 (My Friends Tobot).
In mid-2023, Young Toys announced a second set of episodes, this time featuring new emergency vehicle-based Tobots, known as the Rescue Team. These include a police car, a fire engine, and an ambulance that can combine in addition to their separate robot modes. They consist of Tobots Doc, Ssen, and Boom (M, P & L in the international version).
During the K-Content Pavilion in June 2023, Young Toys uploaded an english dubbed trailer of the new Tobot Series.

The English version's title was confirmed as 'Tobot: Daedo's Heroes' in January 2024.
In March 2024, the credits were released.

•In the official trailer and art, X, Y, and Z are shown to be based off of Hyundai-based car models than the original Kia-based models. Their build is more bulky than the previous version of Retrobot Continuity Tobots, especially those of Y and Z. As for their attacks, it is shown that the Tobots have retained most of their original, iconic moves, such as X's Power Smash, Y's Sonic Kick, and Z's Spider Mode. And also their ability to combine into Tobot Tritan (Except for Titan).
•All known characters of current trailers are: Dylan Kwon / Kwon Semo, Ryan Char / Hana, Kory Char / Duri, Dr. Franklin Char / Cha Doeun, Limo Kwon, Tobot X, Tobot Y, Tobot Z, and Tobot Zero.
•In part 1, X, Y, and Z had robotic echo effects that are very unsubtle. These were heavily minimized in part 2.
•Due to a different casting pool, almost none of the original english cast reprised their roles.
