The Astronauts is an independent Polish video game developer based in Warsaw. It was formed in October 2012 by Adrian Chmielarz , Michał Kosieradzki and Andrzej Poznański, who had founded People Can Fly in 2002 but left that studio in August 2012 after it was wholly acquired by Epic Games .
May 16, 2024 · We are a small independent game developer located in Warsaw, Poland. Before The Astronauts, some of us worked on games like Painkiller and Bulletstorm. Our latest project is Witchfire, a dark fantasy first person shooter set in an alternative world in which witches are real and very dangerous – but so are you, witchhunter.
Overview. The Astronauts was founded in August 2012 by Adrian Chmielarz, Andrzej Poznanski and Michal Kosieradzki, all of them former People Can Fly veterans who have worked on PainKiller and Bulletstorm. They had announced that their first game was supposed to come out in 2013 and is using Unreal Engine 3 .
